No. Multi-CPU MOBOs are usually made for the Xeon processors, not for Cores.

The Intel® Core™ i7-2600K lack the instruction set that would enable it to work in a dual processor configuration. If you are looking to have 2 or more processors on a board you would need to use the Intel Xeon 5600s (for dual processors) or the Intel Xeon E7s (for 4 or more).
