Asus P67 Sabertooth or Asus Z68 Maximus IV Gene-Z?

Hi guys! ^_^

I need some help in choosing between these two motherboards. I will buy an i5-2500k and overclock it at around 4.3-4.5 Ghz. I will also buy an SSD in the near future that will serve as it's boot-up drive(OS). And I have a Asus GTX 560Ti TOP Edition(the one that is factory oc'ed @ 900mhz) video card, on-hand.

OT: Which CPU cooler would be the best for that i5-2500k @4.3-4.5Ghz?

And btw, I live here in the Philippines.

The $58 Thermaltake Frio http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106150 is a good choice for 4.50GHz, and the CM 212+ can also get the job done,
