PC wont boot, makes clicking noise

Hello,

my english is not so good that's why i recorded a video to explain the problem

I can't change PSU and i can't change the motherboard

The ring is 1 month old.

P.S. I have read many threads about this kind of problem but i am not sure which is the reason to cause my problem.

Look at the hard drive. Clicks are definitely bad back up data and try a different drive if you have on laying around

I have connected just CPU + Cooler

Everything else is disconnected.

UPDATE: If i plug the 8 pin cable on the motherboard or if i unplug the 8 pin cable on the motherboard, the "click" sound is exactly the same.

It seems that the 8 pin cable is broken.

What do you think?

UPDATE 2: The PSU is definitely broken

The PSU starts with a click sound, the fan works just few seconds and then the psu stop working.
