If i have windows 7 on my c drive how do i load a program on my d drive

When you install your program, it will ask you for where you want it to be installed and what to call the folder.
The default will be on "C" but you should be able to change the destination for the particular game install.

Be aware that whenever you do game maintenance, you may have to tell where the install location is.

Yes, I mean install and D is a second hard drive. I don't know if it makes a difference but C is a Solid State Drive (SSD). And, to respond to another point, when I installed Word Perfect Office I was not asked for a location; the program simply installed on the C drive.
