Which <$200 Mobo for new build

I am trying to decide between Asus P8Z68-V Pro and Asrock Extreme4 for my new build. Plan is to eventually SLI 2 gtx570s. Case is a Corsair 600t(has front usb 3.0 slots) with an i5 2500k. Are there any differences between these 2 that should be considered? Besides the Asus being sexier.

I just used the micro-ATX model of the ASUS P8Z68-V Pro. The system I built with it was very easy and the unit booted up without a problem so I would go with the Asus. but look at the features and see if there is something that the ASRock has that the Asus doesn't that you really want or need.

Also if you are going to be overclocking make sure that you pick up a good 3rd party HSF (heatsink/fan) to deal with the increased temperatures on the Intel® Core™ i5-2500K.

My to favs for OC'ing and $ are $160~$185 ASUS P8P67 PRO and $195 P8Z68-V PRO.
