New build. Used for PS and gaming. Will overclock. $3K budget

Building a new desktop that is hopefully future proof for atleast 5 years or so. It's to be used for gaming and photoshop work mainly. Will be overclocked. Got my stuff below from www.pccasegear.com

Was thinking of a HD5970 but 2 5870 in CF out performs it.
The 1000w PSU does the job with 70w to spare so I don't think I should have to go any higher. Thoughts?

^ Are you in a hurry to buy the PC or you can wait for some time ? say till Q1 2011...
As you want it to last for a long time, you would have to look at all the possible options IMO...

Not exactly in a hurry but the gear will be purchased within the next month or so as it is for my wife's business and we will have the money to do it then. Waiting until Q1 2011 probably will be too long.

I am interested to hear peoples opinions on the MOBO though. I beliebe Tom's hasn't done a review of it yet so any more info would be greatly appreciated.
