Catalyst control center wont run

Hello,
I have updated my ati drivers to latest version and now i can't run catalyst control center. I click on it and nothing happens.I have Ati Radeon HD 4350 graphic card, Amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 4400+ 2.31ghz, 2 GB ram and Windows xp sp3. Please help me! Thanks!

uninstall the ccc. then install fresh new ccc.

No. I tried to reinstall and then install but still won't run the ccc. One way to fix it is to reinstall windows but for better gaming performance and playing 1080p videos i need latest ati hd 4350 drivers, so i don't want to reinstall windows i want to fix it somehow if there are ways to fix it.

i got the same issue when i reinstalled my Drivers. there are some ways to fixit (just google it) but none of them have worked for me. that includes Driver sweeper, etc. the only option for me at least is reinstall the OS.

Uninstall with add/remove programs
Download and install driversweeper
Run driversweeper in safemode
Check off ATI
Click purge
Restart normal
Install new CCC as Admin

I downloaded DriverSweeper 2.1.0 and i install it but can u i explain me a little better how to use this program. Tnx.

Clean

I had the same problem when I upgraded my 4350 drivers from ATI. I had already purchased a new 5570 and when I installed it with the driver from the cd everything worked fine. ATI should not break CCC with online upgrades IMHO. I believe that this is a rather common problem with CCC and ATI driver updates. Thanks,

Is Microsoft's .NET Framework installed and/or updated? CCC won't run without it...
