You don't have SATA3 and USB 3 on those SLI mobos. The HD 6870 is more powerful.

Ok so Taking your Advice i Changed My system spec's, Now what's better? The GPU is Changed, and The MOBO is Upgraded, The Harddrive has been changed also, Because For the Price is IS the best HD u can Buy. Comment's?

Please provide some proof of that. The last time this "myth" was tested was 3 years ago right here on Tom's (Article)which debunked it. I have yet to see any solid proof, other than random people in random forums spouting that AMD + Nvidia = bad.

Sorry for the derail. I just hating seeing people say that w/o any solid evidence behind it.
 
basically the AMD + NVidia = Bad is only for multiple GPUs, because AMD mobos don't support SLI (with good reason -- why help your competition?) and the NVidia boards are basically last-generation boards (AM2+ boards updated with DDR3).

Single GPU, there is no issue.

For less than $800 you will have a rock solid system like you have it. The 955BE is a freakin' incredible cpu and oc's like a dream. I say go for it. You will want an aftermarket cooler if you decide to OC the 955BE but the stock fan works at spec just fine. Best of luck.
