Adding raid 0 with four 32gb; os on seperate drive

I have windows 7 running on a 128gb ide SSD. I'm trying to add four identical 32gb SATA drives in a RAID 0 array, but I can't see drives in "My Computer."

I'm quite a novice but have done due diligence with the motherboard manual and how to configure BIOS and RAID BIOS. The motherboard's SATA controller is engabled, and the drives show up in BIOS. The manual was saying to make a floppy disk for the RAID/AHCI driver, but this seemed to apply only with windows xp.

I hope this is enough information for some kind soul to light my way. Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention that I don't have a floppy drive in this computer. I saw Windows autodetect and install some driver that seemed related to RAID, but is my problem that a need a device driver on a floppy?

Go into Windows Disk Management, initialize the array, assign it a drive letter, and Quick Format it. It should then be ready to use.
