Wintec AMPO Fraud

My desktop has 2x2gb ddr2 ram sticks from nvidia sli ready but I wanted an upgrade so i bought 2x2gb wintec ampo sticks. I read some people had problems with them before that one of the memory never works. i had problems before installing my memory but is true only one of my new stick worked and the other one not. Has anyone had a similar problem? what did you do to solve it? should i just do an RMA?

To future buyers i suggest to be willing to give a little more money so you dont have to be in my position. Never buying from wintec again T.T

s$#@ happens ram is one of the most RMA'd hardware regardless of manufacturer. RMA yours.
