High-pitched whine from PSU

It's been a few days since I put my build together, and I have begun to notice a relatively quiet, but noticeable high-pitched whine coming from the PSU after the computer is turned off.
The noise dwindles down after it is switched off at the back.
Is this a sign of a bad power supply, or am I just reading too much into it?
The power supply is an Antec TruePower 650w.
If any more information is needed, feel free to ask.

More about high pitched whine
  1. Bad capacitor, RMA it.
  2. Yes bad caps indeed send it back.
  3. Alright, would a Corsair TX 650w be a good replacement? Or are they not considered as good after the platform change?
