Seagate external hard disk not detected

There is no show my data in this hard disk. What should i do ?
when i connect to other computer this show 0 Gbytes....

Hard disk no show partition there is a big problem... in this hard disk our very important data....

How does HD Sentinel detect the drive inside the enclosure?
