I have red and blue spot and flickering screen while i watch videos or movies

when i play some video or movie doesnt matter on which player it's starts with small red and blue spots and after a 5 seconds screen start to flicker with some gray or white colour.If someone have solution about this please help me.

Yes, more information is needed. If you've overclocked your CPU, make sure the PCI buss was locked to 100MHz, not allowed to rise with the OC.
