Flash Drive couldn't play music file...

My Kingston DT 101 G2 USB device (Flash Drive) cannot play MP3 format music such as: (Adele Someone Like You) but the same song same format different Sandisk Flash Drive could played with the same player. I had tried to wipe partition filled seector with zero and full-formatted in windows. But the same problem happened. The Kingston drive can read and write to it just cannot play music in Music System and in car. Please help me thanks ^^

Are the flash drives formatted using the same file system? Some devices cannot read NTFS and require the drive me in Fat32 format.

Yup I had tried FAT32 and FAT but still the same
