Hi, building a new system , and have a bit of financial constraints at the moment(fiance )

So Far this is what has been ordered

OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W
Coolermaster Haf 922 Mid Tower ATX Case Black

pretty much decided on this processor

Intel Core i5 760 Quad-Core Socket LGA1156

i have a brand new 250gts msi gpu(friend owed me afavor, will upgrade this in future but atm has to do)


i need help basically with this build and what mobo to put in it

i am debating with the

Asus Maximus III GENE Socket 1156 vs ASUS P55 MOTHERBOARD SABERTOOTH , I realize the maximus is a matx, but the reviews on it for overclocking are pretty decent, i think


ram will be i think G.SKILL Ripjaws Series DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800) 4GB (2x2GB) Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL)
if i get the maximus mobo, from what i have read they seem to be a good match.


input will be appreciated, ty

also a decent aftermarket cooler suggestion for the cpu be appreciated
