Hd Tune Log, how bad is it?

I used HDTune to see the Health of an HDD I'm formatting and I want to know how bad are the results and how much time do I have until it "dies".
Here is the log:

The Raw Read Error Rate has fallen below its threshold value. This means your drive is already dead. The formatting process may reallocate the Current Pending Sectors, but I wouldn't have any confidence in it. I certainly wouldn't trust it with your data.
