Idle Temps on i7-930 OC

I have a Hyper 212+ cooler.
I've been looking around forums and people are getting around 30-35 idle temperatures on their overclocked i7-930...
Mine is overclocked to 3.5GHz and undervolted (speedstep off) and I get ~40C idle. Is this a problem? I've heard people say "ambient temperature" too, mines is around 75F, and 104F max idle temp (it's usually 38C, <100F) seems kinda high.
Load temps seem fine btw, maxes out at 62C Prime95 as reported by RealTemp.
Any help on this weird phenomenon? :)

Solution
Because you're OCed, you'll immediately see an increase in idle/load temps. It's simply because the CPU is running faster, and with more voltage going through it.

These temps seem good for i7-9xx which is well known for generating a lot of heat.
