Nvidia 6150se is integrated graphics. For a 250watt PSU you don't really have many options...Maybe try a 5450.

  2. well i could upgrade the psu too if i have to, what would be a good combo of psu and graphics card, for not much money? also i should be able to turn off the 6150 in the bios menu right?

If you could upgrade your PSU too then this is a pretty nice combo.

Your CPU might already be a bottleneck for this card so going with something more expensive and powerful would just be a waste.

Yes you should be able to turn off the integrated graphics in your bios menu.
  4. yeah my comp was pretty bottle necked so i wiped it and put win 7 32bit, and it seems to be running 2-3 times faster then new. and thanks for the info.
