i have an Emachines et1161-03, AMD Athlon x2 4400+, 250watt psu, 320gig sata hd, 3gig ddr2 ram(2 1024mb, 2 512mb), 1 optical drive, front card reader. i would like to know what i need to upgrade, and what i should use, so i can have decent gaming capabilty and video performance. i'm not looking for real high end stuff just what my comp can handle.

Nvidia 6150se is integrated graphics. For a 250watt PSU you don't really have many options...Maybe try a 5450.

If you could upgrade your PSU too then this is a pretty nice combo.

Your CPU might already be a bottleneck for this card so going with something more expensive and powerful would just be a waste.

Yes you should be able to turn off the integrated graphics in your bios menu.
