Welcome Tom's Forum! :)

BIOS:
Restore AC Power Loss -> Power On ; turns-on
Restore AC Power Loss -> Last State ; restores to 'last state'

Get an UPS!

To Wake it there are a variiety of options, and they're listed in the 'APM' section of your manual; see pages 3-21, 3-22.

The most common Wake other than Mouse/Keyboard/Power Loss is 'WOL'.

WOL depends on the LAN used, it's location to the PCI/PCIe, and the Event signaling:

PXE:
Realtek PXE OPROM -> Enabled
Intel PXE OPROM -> Enabled ; some ASUS with Intel LAN

PME:
Wake On by PCI -> Enabled

The P8P67 uses Realtek LAN -http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P6...
Manageability WfM 2.0,DMI 2.0,WOL by PME,WOR by PME,PXE

PME - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wake-on-LAN

Waking is normally from WOL by PME with a 'Magic Packet' and WOL also Enabled in the OS.
