X5365 SLAED cpus matched pair

Hi

I have a pair of X5365 Intel cpus (SLAED) with serial ids (4A0319, 4A0584). I just wanted to know whether these cpus can be called matched pair. What exactly is the criteria for matched pair
1. close cpus serial ids
2. same stepping and model

These cpus are currently on ebay uk for sale, but I couldn't find an exact definition from my searches, for calling a pair of processors as matched pair.

I believe these are compatible with 'Apple mac pro 1,1', but there is no official apple documentation to confirm, except for few wiki pages.

Kindly help me understand the meaning of cpu matched pair.

Matched pairs are two cpus with the same sSpec code. Google Intel sSpec
