Screen freezes up using Gigabyte GA-8I945P Pro motherboard

Hello,
I have a PC with a Gigabyte Motherboard GA-8I945P Pro. I was told it may not have had the right drivers installed. I've been to their website but am not sure which one(s) will solve the problem.If you are in a website and
click on a link to another website, such as when you are using your bank's website to make transactions, it will not take you to the new screen. I have to paste the new screen's address to the browser and sometimes that doesn't work either. I am using Windows XP 32-bit. Any suggestions?
