DVD Drive installation problem

Hello,

I have installed a new LG DVD Drive and Windows 7 tells me that is has a driver problem. I have the disc but cannot get it into the DVD Drive as there is no button on it to open it! Is there a way around this?

It may be a "slot type" drive so you just gently push the disc into it's slot until the drive "grabs" it.
Like a dashboard-mounted cd-player in a car.
