Router access

Hello,

router will not allow new computer to connect. adapter reaches, pw entered. Does nayone know if a Router or network will firewall a new CPU from joining if NO VIRUS PROTECTION is installed on NEW CPU? I had trend trial, let it expire and now cpu can no longer connect. (coincidence?)

make sure you uninstall the Trend Micro software and see if you can connect then.
