Rate my new build

So I have my whole cart picked out, and on black friday I will be purchasing my new rig, SO EXCITED!!  Let me know what you think. =)

(FYI I'm a console gamer not a PC gamer, so I don't need a video card more than the integrated motherboard video.)

I do a lot of video encoding, folding@home and use lots of intrusive programs, home media server, home fileserver, and I backup all my webservers, home computers, and the family business's computers (about 15 total) so alot of data, as well as a lot of processing.

Comes out to about $1200 with shipping. What do you think? Any critiques?

O ya, running windows 7 professional 64bit

More about rate build
  1. This topic has been moved from the section Opinions and Experiences to section Systems by Buwish
  2. The SSD comes with a 3.5 inch bracket, it works well.
    Why the NIC?
  3. Going to be running a vm sometimes for VPN, which requires dual NICs
  4. 3.5 OC on any Thuban isn't a big OC by any means so if i were u i'd stick to a half decent air cooler instead of H50 and for a non gamer i'm not sure a $160 Full Tower is in order - hit something like a CM HAF 912? Choice of SSD: 60GB Sandforce based and just with IGP any decent 80+ 380-500W PSU would suffice as well instead of a $120 750Watter
  5. Counter Proposal:

    Tower + SSD @ $687AR

    Scythe MUGEN-2 Rev.B cooler $34

    Total $721

So in reality u lose 2 X USB 3.0 ports (which could be added via add on cards) whilst shaving $479 ($179 with 3 more WD 2TB Greens) @@
