Hard drive problem

Hello,
good evening... i have dell inspiron 15R N5010 laptop.....it is showing 0146 error while pre-booting..... i contacted dell support center... they said that it is hard drive problem, you have to replace it with new one.... is there any tool for removing of badsectors without replacing the present hard drive.... please provide me the solution

Bad sectors are parts of the actual hard disk which are physically damaged so obviously there is nothing you can do to repair them. The only fix is a new hard drive as Dell have already advised.
