Can audio get disabled in bios by installing a video card
Sep 20, 2010, 9:48 PM
I removed a NVIDEO Geoforce 1800 video card and installed a GEForce 480.
Sound, which was coming off of motherboard was instantly gone.
I have installed audio drivers from HP (computer is HPxw8600 work station).
Also, cannot get into bios to see if audio was disabled. F12 does not work.
F12 problem may be due to using wireless keyboard.
Help. Need a solution.
