Intel Rapid Storage Technology not recognizing WD Hard Drive

I've got the OS on an SSD and want to use the hard drive for everything else. I've got power and a SATA3 going to my hard drive, it is recognized by the BIOS and by the device manager and drivers are up to date. However, when I go to My Computer only the SSD shows up. I noticed in the Intel Rapid Storage Technology program, only the SSD is recognized there so I'm thinking thats my problem. How do I get IRST to recognize my hard drive?

My hard drive is not partitioned also, I'm not sure how to do that when my computer doesn't recognize it.

Go into Windows Disk Management, initialize the HDD, assign it a drive letter, and Quick format it. It will then be ready to use.
