POWER SUPPLY FOR ATI 4670 HD PROBLEM

i am planning to buy a new graphics card in the $75-$100 range ... pls give a good suggestion

my pc specifications are:

hp pavilion a6030in

Microsoft Windows Vista
*DirectX Version*10.0

Intel i945G/GS/P/PL chipset

Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz
3.00GHz
*Current Speed*3.00 GHz
*Size*16.00 kB
*Size*2.00 MB

RAM: 2gb+512mb+512mb=3gb DDR2-SDRAM (666 MHz)

HDD:500gb+160gb

i already have an in-built graphics card which is almost out-of-date nowadays
its details are

AFTER MANY SUGGESTIONS I ZEROED IN ON THE ATI HD4670
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT REQUIRES 400W POWER SUPLLY
BUT MINE IS 300 W ONLY

SO PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

One of my coworkers ordered this today for his Dell. His 300W PSU died. It will handle your 4670.

HD4670 will run on a 300watt PSU. The whole system will consume about the same the system in this benchmark with HD5670 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-5550-rade...
Just around 212watts.

wow.. my windows experience index for graphics display took a huge leap from 3.2 to 5.9 ... it works fine.... thanks to tomshardware....
