Intel core i7 860 compatibilità con asus p7p55d le

Hello,
using W7 Ultimate 64bit + 8GB RAM DDR3 + MB ASUS P7P55D LE + Intel core i7-860. Taskmanager and/or CPU usage gadget does not recognize the 4core/8thread.
Only 2core/4thread shows up.
Q. is there spmething wrong with my CPU?
PS: BIOS updated fr. v. 1307 to v. 2003

Hello, and welcome to THG.

Try running Task Manager again. If I am not mistaken, the Manager should register the 2 other cores. The only thing else I can think of is that the other 2 cores have been deactivated.
