Permanent black screen no bios on startup

Last response: in Motherboards

I restarted my computer and it took me so long to start up and when I got t up it said something about "No BIOS could be Found, press F2 to start Default BIOS." and it started like normal, windows loaded and everything.

Come a day later, I went to shut off my computer and then when I tried turning it back on, only a black screen. My computer still turns on, power to it, but nothing shows up on the monitor.

I noticed one of the fans on the power box does not work.

I tried resetting the CMOS via jumper. Tried restarting the BIOS by taking out the battery for 10 minutes, and it didn't work either.

I took out all the cable from the mother board, and plugged them all back in. Even took out the graphics card, and plugged it back it.

Even unplugged the monitor and plugged that back.

Nothing works!

HELP ):.

Have you tried changing your CMOS battery?
