Intel pentium d sl9qb or sl9qq what mean

Solution
The difference is the stepping. Normally the newer steppings have a few tweaks to them.

In this case, the SL9QQ is the newer stepping, D0, of the Pentium D 945 while the SL9QB is the older stepping, C1, of the Pentium D 945.

Looking at the specs though they are the exact same CPU. But the SL9QQ Pentium D 945 will probably be able to overclock to a higher frequency and remain stable.
