Hello,Intel Pentium D SL9QB or SL9QQ,what mean,which is the difference?

Sl9QQ is newer revision of Pentium D 945, revision DO. SL9qb is older revision, C1. Otherwise, no difference. Both 95 watt TDP. Likely, no REAL difference to end user.

The difference is the stepping. Normally the newer steppings have a few tweaks to them.

In this case, the SL9QQ is the newer stepping, D0, of the Pentium D 945 while the SL9QB is the older stepping, C1, of the Pentium D 945.

Looking at the specs though they are the exact same CPU. But the SL9QQ Pentium D 945 will probably be able to overclock to a higher frequency and remain stable.
