P8P67 PRO vs P8Z68-V PRO

I'll be running SLI GTX 460 and 2500k.

What motherboard would you recommend?

P8Z68-V PRO has an integrated graphics card, I'm not comfortable about that..

What do you think?

To be honest I don't even know.
I read somewhere that even when you turn off the integrated graphics card it still causes instability, so I just want to know if that is true or not and if yes, how big is the performance loss?

And I want to know which of the two is better for SLI.
And does P8P67 PRO even support SLI?As in 2 cards.

Both support SLI at X8 X8. The P8P67 PRO was properly the single most recommended board here before the Z68 release.

Not really with a discrete or two, some people like the option if their card goes bad but you will have two.

What does this limit mean?

If I can't have a, say, 2 GB video card, what use do I have from Ivy bridge support?
2 GB video cards will be outdated by far when I get a new PC, right?...

Limit of memory that can be allocated to the IGP which can be totally disabled when a discrete card is in use.

Some say that the P67 allows for a little more overclock. I personally have no experience with either but if I was buying I would get the cheaper of the two since I will not need the features of the Z68 this go around! (mind I haven't looked at the prices)

P8Z68-V is rated by far more people, and it received 2 awards.

If the integrated graphics card isn't a problem I guess i should get it.
