Is my drive about to fail?

Ive been having problems booting and I have also had to repair windows as well.

Have you tested it with the Windows Error-checking tool?

Your drive sounds perfect. You don't have ECC, so maybe your drive is making errors and you don't know about it. My drives show similar outputs.
