Compatable mem for p8z68 v pro

plz advice me mem for my asus p8z68 v pro MB. is OCS is good brand or crosshair?
m will use win 7 how much do i need to use ? 8 0r 12gb

Never heard of OCS.
Also Crosshair isn't a brand,I think you meant Corsair which is a reputable brand.
8GB is more than enough for games/apps so unless you're going to do "extremely" heavy video editing,you'll be fine with 8GB

You shoud mean OCZ and Corsair, which are pretty good brands (although I prefer Corsair). Make sure you buy DDR3 sticks.

You won't need more than 8GB for anything unless you work with CAD and video editing.

1600Mhz is a good frequency. And please don't mix sticks with different timings/latencies on the same board.

if i choose to have 8 gb , do i need to have 2 stics of 4 gb each for duel channel or 1 stick of 8 gb will be ok to work as duel channel? and i c some different mem 's of same specification but different prices

You can go with either 2x4GB or 1x8GB,the later offers better upgrade path for the future but performance wise they're pretty much the same

2 x 4GB (bought as a kit) is the best option - you need two DIMMs to get dual channel.
