Budget MB(Socket 1155,chipset P67 or Z68)

So i want to build my own budget-gaming system next month or lately this month
I will use socket 1155
I need an MOBO...
Because this will be an BudgetPC and i have limited budget for right now,i need something for 100-150$
I'm not going to use 2 GPUs,so i don't need Crossfire or SLI
USB 3.0 is not required,but most MOBOs have these
SATA 3.0 is required
PciE 3.0 would be cool
Maybe i'll overclock,but it would be light OC even if i do
And i need to know if there's much difference between Z68 and P67,because I'm going to upgrade my PC time by time,but i don't think I'll buy new MB often
If nothing better for the same or cheaper price will be recommended,i'll go with ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3

This one should be fine for you.

The main difference between the two chipsets is the integrated graphics support and some features such as SSD caching, which you won't use much.
