Best ssd for boot drive?

My budget is $110. I'm stuck between the mushing enhanced chronos duelux, Mushkin Enhanced Chronos, Samsung 840.

Which one should I get? Do you guys have any better suggestions?

It's for a boot drive and general usage. I've got a 500gb for everything else.
