Gigabyte 79x UD5 PRICE speculation?

What should I expect this mother board to cost, $400+?

Also will there be any other mobo's that have 8 dimm slots before 2012?

I know Ivy bridge is months away, but I'm curious is Ivy will be compatible.

Release date is November for the gigabyte x79 ud5, they are being released with the Sandy E's
