Low texture fillrate

st discovered another anomally for my new 5670. i've checked it with gpu-z and it show only around 13 GTexel/s in texture fillrate, when it should be 103.3 according to some pages. why is that happening and how do i fix it? i hope it solves my other problems too.

Can you take a screenshot?
Try to re-attach the card, it could be aren't mounted properly...
