DG965 RY PCIE solt

Hi,

I have a dg965ry Intel motherboard,running GTS 250 but my performance of the card lags . And am running it on Core2Duo E4300 @1.8GHZ currently... any cheap solutions cause my mother not allowing SB overclocking as the RAM is 800mhz which is the max for my Motherborad.
