Quietest cooler for a non-OC 955BE?

Creating a new build and I'm looking for a good QUIET heatsink/fan set up for a 955BE that will NOT be overclocked. I plan to do some gaming etc. The system will be in an Antec 300 midtower case. Would idealy like to keep the price under $45. I have the Scythe Mugen rev. B picked out but I'm not sure if that's too overkill for a cpu that wont be OC'ed.

The stock cooler is both quiet and sufficient especially if you will not overclock. No reason to spend extra money on a cooler if you do not overclock.
