Xfx 850w BE or not

I have a decent system right now:
i5 750 @ stock (had an issue with another brand of RAM and haven't tried overclocking with new set)
GA-P55A-UD4P
XFX 5850 BE
4gb ddr3 1600 cas 7 2x2gb 1.65v
spinpoint f3 500gb
samsung ODD
HAF 922 stock fans (missed newegg fan sale )
Hyper 212+ (single fan)
ocz modxstream pro 700w

The xfx 850w black edition comes out to $90 after rebate and promo, while my current PSU is doing just fine this is such a great deal and I'm wondering if having the ocz as a back-up isn't a bad idea, i know psus can fail and an extra one doesn't seem like a bad idea. I probably won't upgrade GPU until x68 but then I would like the option of having dual flagship cards. So is this upgrade worth it yay or nay?

the 700w is by far plenty. but the XFX is a VERY good psu, and its always nice having an etra psu. but the OCZ 700W is fine and plenty.

So I should pass, it's so cheap and those extra pci-e connections are gonna be needed if I ever go to crossfire, 5850s are so cheap right now.

I just decided to pass, those $90 can be put to better use for more fans thanks shovenose
