Motherboard for intel Q6600?

I am thinking about replacing my motherboard, i have an Abit IP35 pro XE and over the course of 3 years it has had recurring issues.

i would like to keep using my q6600 intel processor, any recommendations for a solid motherboard?

will my DDR2 memory still work? I am considering upgrading that within the year so i might just do that as well if i needed to.

I just did this in late august. I used ASRock G31M-S R2.0 LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard. Works fine.

Interesting that I replaced that exact MB( Abit IP35 pro XE)

Edit: I used the same DDR2 memory. My only change was the MB
