HEEEELP!!! the computer not start "MSI p67a-c45"

sometimes the computer will not start. stops before it appears on the display MILITARY CLASS. I need to reboot to start. My system: MSI p67a-C45, Intel i5 2500K, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 1333ghz, HDD Western Digital.
