Hi, I'm new here.

I'm currently going to buy a AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core

and a

EVGA 012-P3-1470-AR GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I was wondering, would I get any bottlenecks with that or is my CPU powerful enough?

Also is my build compatible?

Go for this Processor and Unlock the cores it'll be worth the effort and you'll get the kick of a lifetime for 90 bucks alone.
Your board is capable of unlocking it and there's a 80% chance that it'll work..... :)

You'll need to change the PSU though with that card and processor, 550W is the minimum for your GPU what happens to the rest of the rig?
go for a more power @650-750W PSU with a 80% + rating......
