Will my GPU bottleneck my CPU? And is this build compatible?

Hi, I'm new here.

I'm currently going to buy a AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core

and a

EVGA 012-P3-1470-AR GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I was wondering, would I get any bottlenecks with that or is my CPU powerful enough?

Also is my build compatible?

More about will bottleneck build compatible
  1. Resolution is 1680 x 1050
  2. Also, my PSU is enough right?
  3. Cpu:AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX

Upgrade to this CPU only 50$ more
Delivers great performance than the ahlon 2 x4 640
  4. Go for this Processor and Unlock the cores it'll be worth the effort and you'll get the kick of a lifetime for 90 bucks alone.

Your board is capable of unlocking it and there's a 80% chance that it'll work..... :)

You'll need to change the PSU though with that card and processor, 550W is the minimum for your GPU what happens to the rest of the rig?
    go for a more power @650-750W PSU with a 80% + rating......
