Which is better guys ATI HD 5770 1 GB or GTX 460 768MB 192 bit version? Whats the difference with the 1GB 256 bit version?

1Gb version is obviously faster. I believe the 768 and the 5770 trade blows, with the 768 being ever so slightly faster. If your choosing between those 2 I'd get whatever cheapest.

I think GTX 460 768MB is definitely faster than 5770 1GB, about 10-20%. Its also more expensive. If price is not a concern, GTX 460 is a better option ($180). But if you have a budget, 5770 may be better ($130).

Other possible consideration may be the single card eyefinity configuration, if you ever want that, 5770 would be good.

i would choose 5770, da price is very reasonable + da power consump is low

Although games won't be able to be maxxed out, maybe games like dead space and a few others.
