Blue screen of death

hi all i have been getting this strainge blue screen of death message i have never had this problem before so i cant put my mind to what is causing it

more to the point it happens 1-3 times a day and when i play games they only last for 30 mins or if i am lucky 1 hour

the message on the blue screen is telling me your system is being shut down to prevent futher damage to computer
system memory dump then counts to 100% and restarts
this is the code windows gave me.

any help would be grate full i have updated all drivers reinstalled windows 7 so many times and vista with no joy

possibly RAM or system temperatures.

spot on it was the chipset overheating was 90c thank you very much now i can sleep at night

quick update it was memory compatibility!! been playing a couple of games now for the last 3 hours with no problems

memory was g.skill Ripjaws ddr3 1333mhz CL9

new memory kingston ddr3 1333mhz CL9

still dont understand why the g.skill memory aint compatible as they are both 1333mhz and CL9 :s
