Adding a big PSU and graphics card to an Asus?

Hello,
I came home from vacation yesterday to a dead MB on my home built rig. Since I need a computer for work, I bought an Asus CM1630-05. On my built rig, I have a 650w PSU and an ATI HD5850. Is it plausable, or even doable, to put those two in my new rig? I do plan on getting new components for my old one, but I'd also like to play some games while waiting and the onboard video just doesn't have enough oomph.

That Asus appears to be a full width machine so the power supply should fit with no problem, open up the case and see if the video card is short enough to fit. The 5850 is pretty long and might not fit.
