I'm building my system (right now) and I am a bit of a novice with only one build under my belt....

I have a Asus P6x58D-E motherboard. I want to install a OCZ SATA II Vertex 2 SSD drive

I opened the motherboard packaging and started reading the instructions, along with the Vertex 2 drive. The Vertex 2 drive doesn't come with any SATA cables. The motherboard did.

It looks like motherboard comes with a 3GB cable SATA cable and a 6GB SATA cable.
Also, there are different places on the motherboard to plug in the 3GB cables vs. the 6GB cables.

I ASSume that I use the 6GB cable from the motherboard kit, plug one end into the drive, and plug the OTHER end into the SATA_6G_1 plug on the motherboard? This drive will be the only drive in the build (for now and I'm not RAID'ing or anything like that.

If the above is incorrect, which plug do I use and where do I plug it in?

Thanks! I'm waiting on your answer so I can continue with my build!!!!
