How to download a video card with VgaSave

Hello,
i downloaded wonderking and am not able to play it, one of the requirements is nvidia as the video card, i have downloaded it but its not working. when i opened up "dxdiag" in run i saw that dirct3d was not available wich is needed. when i searched for answers ive found others with the same problem, they say it is because of VgaSave. can anyone help please?
