Im confused which one to buy between XFX , EVGA , PALIT & SAPPHIRE ( GTS 250 ) for my pc which has a configuration Intel Core i3 530 2.93 GHz , 2GB DDR3..........

Choose based on price and warranty, to the extent that's important to you.

If AMD is ok for you and you can get a 4850 for less, take that instead:

I would go with a GTX460 depending on what you will be useing the PC for.

For i3 CPU, i think GTS250/HD4850 or even HD5770 is more than enough, just make sure you have enough power on PSU to run that card (6 pin power connector required).
EVGA, XFX, Sapphire, HIS, ASUS are trusted brand, they're make good quality products.
